Delivery is Free* if you spend over £50.

Most items have a Gift Wrap option; simply add to basket at the end if you would like us to Gift Wrap your order. The charge for this option is an extra £3.00 on top of your delivery cost.


(*Excluding Large item delivery cost, a message will show in your basket if your item qualifies as a large item.)

Large items (such as Furniture) will have an individual price for delivery which will be calculated and appear in your basket.

We hope you are very happy with your purchase but if for some reason you are not we offer a full refund or exchange on the item if it is in its original packaging and condition.

• All sale items are non refundable and are sold as seen.
• In the interest of hygiene, pierced Jewellery, cosmetic products and hair accessories are non-refundable
• All other items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of dispatch receipt.

• Please note that the cost of delivery is not refundable unless goods are faulty.

Please return items in their original packaging and within 14 days of dispatch receipt  to:

Please obtain a Proof of Postage from the Post Office when you return the items.
